The team returns to Princeton Plainsborough Teaching Hospital for another year, with a new team leader mid-season. House and his team deal with the drama in the white board room and the sudden reappearance of his long lost love.

Season 3 -- "Wasn't even sure what I was supposed to feel."
House returns to Princeton Plainsborough Teaching Hospital for another year and in far better shape than before. House and his team deal with more complex illnesses this season as well as decisions that ultimately leave each of the doctors in uncharted territory.

Season 4 -- "By the end of six weeks, one of you will be gone. As will twenty-eight more of you. Wear a cup."
House is back for another year but things are far different than ever before. As he begins the challenge of putting together a new team, House continues to solve strange and complex cases, cases that challenge and affect all the lives of all the doctors practicing at Princton Plainboro Teaching Hospital.

Season 5 -- "Almost dying changes nothing. Dying changes everything."
House returns for another year at Princton Plainboro Teaching Hospital to face further changes in his life and working environment. With a new team, he continues to tackle and solve strange and complex medical cases while struggling to recover an important friendship and facing his own problems.
